Placing an order
Placing an order through our site is quick and secure. Simply make your selections
and click on the Add to Cart button. Once you are done shopping, choose the Go
to Payments button and fill in the required information. You will receive an automatic confirmation
via e-mail once the order is placed. Your total on that confirmation e-mail does not include shipping. We
will send you a revised invoice with your new total once we have calculated your shipping costs. We also include a receipt with
your order for your records.
If you prefer not to place your order through our online cart there two several
other ways to order.

Payments
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, Paypal and Money Order or Personal Check.
* If paying by Credit Card, your card will be charged prior
to your
order being shipped.
* If paying by Paypal, you will be taken directly
to the
paypal website where you will pay just for
the products you
ordered. Please note, that this does not include shipping.
You will be
billed for that seperately and we will send you a payment
request
prior to mailing out your order. We only charge the exact shipping
that we are charged by the USPS.
* If paying by personal check or money order, your payment
must
be received within 10 days of receiving your order
total. Your order
will be held until your check has
cleared our bank. Please make

*Returned Checks - There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
Shipping We only keep a small amount of stock on hand
since we prefer to send the freshest items possible. Orders are typically shipped within 10-15 days (not
including weekends and holidays), larger and custom orders may take a little longer. The current turnaround
time is always listed on the front page of our website. We use USPS Priority mail for all orders shipped in the United States. International
orders are shipped by First Class or Priority Mail flat rate boxes, depending on the weight. We also use the
Global Priority Flat Rate Envelopes for smaller orders. Please
allow 6-10 days for delivery. If you would like a faster shipping method, please
state it in the comment box at check out (shipping fee's may be higher for faster delivery) If you would like a shipping
quote prior to finalizing your order, we can do this for you! E-mail us at jeanne@jeannesbathshoppe.com with your potential order. Please include your address as shipping costs vary by state or country. If you live locally
you are welcome to pick up your order, by appointment.
Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will do whatever
we can to make sure you enjoy your Jeanne's Bath Shoppe products. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You
can either exchange the items or receive a refund (minus shipping charges).
Because scents are a personal choice, we can not accept returns if you do not like the scent(s) you chose.
If you receive damaged items, please notify us of the
condition of the package/item as soon as you receive it. We will replace damaged goods at no cost to you.
Samples
We are happy to include one free sample with every order. We apologize, but
we are unable to take specific sample requests at this time, due to limited availability. In order to keep the costs
down for our customers, we are unable to send free samples to those who aren't placing an order with us.
Privacy Policy
We love our privacy and know you do too. We will never share your information with anyone.
